Kaiwaka Bugle, Staying in touch
Halfway through the year, and winter is here! We have a Bugle for the winter out for you, free from outlets around south Kaipara like Kaiwaka Four Square.
No shortage of tings to do despite the shorter days; first being the Latern Festival on the 4th of July, but there are movie nights and more, or perhaps if you want to stay home try a book from the Kaiwaka Library - with the Book Swap with the Dargaville library coming up there’s always more to try.
Communities like Kaiwaka rely on a lot of volunteer effort, and while the main St John op shop is changing - story in the Bugle - the importance of what they do doesn’t. And we have the tireless efforts of Mark Ottaway, our Justices of the Peace, our Bugle team and more. The commitment doesn’t have to be huge, but the results matter.
